"summary": "Warner Bros. has sent a cease-and-desist letter to Fox Nation over its upcoming reality series, \"The Vow\", hosted by Chris Harrison. According to Deadline, Warner Bros. claims the show infringes on its copyright and trademarks for \"The Bachelor\".\n\nThe letter, obtained by TheWrap, argues that Fox Nation's marketing for \"The Vow\" improperly uses Warner Bros.' intellectual property, specifically citing the use of red roses in the teaser trailer. The roses are described as a central and recognizable symbol of \"The Bachelor\" franchise. Warner Bros. claims Fox Nation is trying to capitalize on its goodwill in the franchise.\n\nFox Nation has rejected Warner Bros.' claim, disputing that it holds any rights to a \"falling roses motif\" or the phrase \"The Bachelor\" used colloquially to describe a single man, according to TheWrap. The show is set to debut in November on Fox Nation.",
