"account": "Samsung has recently increased the prices for most Galaxy S26 models, with one variant of the S26 Ultra now being $200 more expensive. This marks the second price hike for the Galaxy S26 and S26 Plus, following a $100 increase at their launch. The Galaxy S26 Ultra's starting cost was initially $1,299, but it is now $1,399. The S26 FE, which had retained its $699 launch price, remains unchanged. The 512GB versions of the S26 and S26 Plus now cost $1,199 and $1,399, respectively, while the Ultra models are priced at $1,599 for the 512GB variant and $1,999 for the 1TB, a significant $200 increase. In March, Samsung attributed the initial price hike to new upgrades and AI-related issues, expecting more challenges in 2027. Sales, discounts, and promotions like Amazon's Prime Day and Black Friday/Cyber Monday are recommended for those in the market for a new Samsung phone.",
