"account": "Dr Ishmael Norman, a security consultant, has stated that the unauthorized flying of drones over the Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO) headquarters constitutes a serious security breach. Three individuals, comprising a woman, were apprehended following the alleged incident, which occurred near the EOCO facility in Accra, where a former EOCO official, Nana Agyei Baffuor, was being questioned. Dr Norman emphasized that security agencies must handle the matter with utmost seriousness, especially if the individuals involved lacked proper authorization to operate drones around the facility. \"Operating drones over an unauthorized structure, such as a security agency building, is tantamount to a 30-year prison sentence,\" he asserted during an interview on JoyNews The Pulse. He further argued that any breach of security protocols surrounding a sensitive installation should have legal repercussions if the allegations hold true. Dr Norman described the situation as \"a very sad event\" and questioned the motivation behind flying drones over a security installation while a person was being interrogated by investigators.",
