"account": "Dr. Scott Rogers, a state champion basketball coach, will assume the role of interim head coach for Indian Hill boys basketball. The announcement was made by Indian Hill head coach Ricardo Hill, who has taken a leave of absence due to medical reasons. Indian Hill Athletic Director Brian Phelps informed the community of this change via a letter on October 1st. Rogers, a 1976 Indian Hill High School graduate, previously headed the IH girls basketball program and has coached within Indian Hill boys basketball. He is a member of Indian Hill’s athletic hall of fame, participates in the hall's induction ceremonies, and his grandchildren attend Indian Hill schools. Rogers’ teams at Mount Notre Dame claimed five Ohio state girls basketball championships, and he was inducted into the Ohio Basketball Hall of Fame earlier this year. In 2023, Rogers retired from coaching after achieving a 352-58 record at Mount Notre Dame and accumulating 429 career wins overall. Phelps mentioned that several key members of Hill’s staff will continue to be part of the program. Practice officially starts on November 7th. Phelps expressed respect for Coach Hill's privacy and conveyed well wishes during his leave of absence.",
