Ricardo Hill, the previous head coach, is on medical leave. Indian Hill Athletic Director Brian Phelps made the announcement in a letter to the community on October 1. Rogers is a 1976 graduate of Indian Hill High School and has a rich coaching history with the school's girls basketball team, having led them to five Ohio state championships. He was also inducted into the Ohio Basketball Hall of Fame earlier this year. Rogers retired from coaching in 2023 with a 352-58 record at Mount Notre Dame and an overall 429-58 career record. Phelps stated that several key members of Hill's staff will stay with the program. Official practice is set to begin on November 7. \"We respect Coach Hill's privacy and wish him well during his absence,\" Phelps added in the statement.",
