"account": "Downing Street has clarified that Manchester City are not above the rules following backlash to comments made by Andy Burnham. The prime minister expressed concern if the club's owners decide to sell up after being found guilty of most of the 115 charges by an independent commission. Burnham, who was previously the mayor of Greater Manchester, stated he was not directly involved in the process, emphasizing the importance of an independent investigation by the Premier League. The Tories criticized Burnham for what they called backing the club's owners during the ongoing investigation. Man City denies any wrongdoing and has until Friday to submit an appeal.",
