"account": "Four individuals have been charged in an alleged fraud scheme linked to over $100,000 in unpaid Highway 407 ETR tolls, according to Peel Regional Police. The investigation, referred to as Project Octane, has also resulted in the recovery of 10 stolen vehicles. The case centers on allegations of misconduct involving vehicle registrations, licence plates, and the utilization of documents submitted during transactions at Service Ontario. Authorities discovered the licence plates were registered to fictitious companies, enabling users to avoid responsibility while amassing considerable toll and parking fees. The accused collectively face multiple charges related to fraud and forgery. Police emphasize that their investigation remains active and encourage anyone with information about the case to come forward.",
