"account": "The court heard graphic details during the second day of Lieutenant General Shadrack Sibiya's bail application, as the investigating officer presented WhatsApp conversations between Sibiya and the alleged 16-year-old victim, who he allegedly sexually groomed. Detective Sergeant Nokukhanya Ndlovu read out the explicit messages sent by Sibiya to the young girl, who was referred to as ZM. Sibiya allegedly made 51-minute calls to ZM, asking her about her sexual activity and urging her not to date anyone, insisting she must only interact with him. He also demanded she send him explicit images and videos of herself. Moreover, Sibiya allegedly told her not to disclose their communications to anyone and requested she send videos of herself. The investigating officer concluded that Sibiya's actions were beyond reasonable doubt, and he posed a high likelihood of harming the complainants, Mr. M or ZM, whom he had personal contact details for. The court also heard a statement from Sibiya's son, Ofentse Magwenya, in an affidavit, denying that Bishop Azwihangwi Maumela contacted any of the complainants on Sibiya's behalf. The bail application is scheduled to continue on Friday morning.",
