"account": "Russia is offering tax incentives to businesses that build structures to protect their facilities from Ukrainian drones. In return, the government wants those protective structures handed over free of charge to the state. The proposal is included in a bill submitted to Russia's State Duma and reported by Faridaily. Businesses can deduct the cost of drone protection from their taxable profits if they transfer the structures to the Defense Ministry, National Guard, Emergencies Ministry, or security services. Additionally, the cost of meals provided inside the structures can be deducted from the value-added tax base. In late August, President Vladimir Putin authorized placing critical infrastructure under temporary administration if owners fail to protect them from threats, including Ukrainian drones. The government or designated party will act as temporary administrator.",
