"account": "The Karnataka State Tourism Development Corporation (KSTDC) and the Muzrai Department have signed an agreement to manage the Karnataka Tourist Complex at Tirumala in Andhra Pradesh. This collaboration was announced during a program chaired by Energy and Tourism Minister K.J. George. The complex, located in Tirumala, Andhra Pradesh, is set to benefit pilgrims from Karnataka who visit the Tirupati and Tirumala pilgrimage sites. KSTDC will be responsible for operating and managing 364 rooms, 12 dormitories, a Kalyana Mantapa, and other major hospitality facilities spread across five blocks at the complex for a period of ten years. The agreement aims to provide clean, safe, quality, and affordable accommodation for pilgrims from Karnataka while creating a professional model for managing government tourism assets. KSTDC will upgrade and maintain the facilities to standards equivalent to at least a three-star hotel. The Tourism Department, led by Minister K.J. George, emphasized the importance of providing good and affordable accommodation for pilgrims from Karnataka and integrating information, connectivity, and tourism facilities to encourage visitors to explore other pilgrimage and tourism destinations.",
