"account": "Rapper William Leonard Roberts, better known as Rick Ross, was taken into custody by Miami Beach police on Thursday on charges of domestic violence. According to Miami-Dade jail and court records, the 50-year-old singer faces one felony count of battery by strangulation and one misdemeanor count of battery, both of which are classified as domestic violence offenses. His attorney, Bradley Horenstein, vehemently denied the allegations, insisting that his client is innocent and urging the public not to jump to conclusions before the legal process is complete. The alleged incident allegedly took place on August 28, as stated in the arrest report reviewed by Judge Mindy Glazer. Ross made his appearance in Miami-Dade bond court via Zoom, where the judge set his bond at $5,000, with $4,000 for the felony charge and $1,000 for the misdemeanor charge. A stay-away order was also imposed on Ross, barring him from any contact with the alleged victim, through any means, including social media. His next arraignment is set for October 22.",
