"account": "Heavy rainfall on Monday, September 28, triggered flooding in the Hohoe Municipality, Ghana, stranding residents in several communities. The Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS) swiftly responded to the crisis, with firefighters led by DOIII Bismark Hosu-Porbley of the Hohoe Fire Station mounting a rescue operation. The affected areas included Star Filling Station, Picnic, Hohoe Central Zongo, Segbedeme, Kitikpa, and Wegbe. The Service cautioned against staying near flooded areas or attempting to cross rising waters, emphasizing the potential life-threatening risks such conditions pose.",
