"account": "Suspended Deputy National Police Commissioner Lieutenant General Shadrack Sibiya appeared at Randburg Magistrates' Court on Thursday, where prosecutors presented evidence regarding his alleged behavior towards a 16-year-old girl. The State argued that disciplinary hearings against Sibiya were pertinent to his bail application. His legal representative, Rashad Moosa, testified that Moosa was cross-examined by the State. Sibiya's son, Ofentse Saul Sibiya, submitted an affidavit stating he was not allowed to speak to his father during the arrest and received numerous calls. The son also mentioned Bishop Maumela, who claimed to have spoken to the complainant, though he said he was not asked to do so. The investigating officer presented WhatsApp messages between Sibiya and the 16-year-old girl, revealing that Sibiya asked her to send a nude video, then complimented her by saying, \"You look hot.\" Additionally, the officer presented WhatsApp exchanges between Sibiya, the 16-year-old, and an 18-year-old woman, discussing events at The Grand in Sandton, where the girls allegedly consumed excessive alcohol and were asked to perform sexually suggestive activities. One girl reportedly lost consciousness.",
