"account": "Ivan Toney, a 30-year-old English footballer, has pleaded not guilty to assault charges at Westminster Magistrates Court. The allegations against Toney stem from an incident at a Soho nightclub on December 6th. According to prosecutors, Toney is accused of headbutting and punching Saber Da Silva during the altercation. Toney confirmed his name and age during his court appearance and chose to have his trial at the Crown Court rather than at the magistrates court. The trial is scheduled to begin at Southwark Crown Court on October 29th. Toney is currently free on unconditional bail. Notably, Toney has represented England 10 times and was part of the team that reached the Euro 2024 final. Throughout his career, he has played for various clubs including Northampton Town, Wigan Athletic, Peterborough United, and currently Al-Ahli in the Saudi Pro League.",
