"account": "Five European Union nations are collaborating on plans to establish deportation centers in Africa for individuals whose asylum applications have been denied, with the first facility expected to commence operations in 2027. Though Rwanda and Uganda have been mentioned as potential host countries, no confirmation has been made. The five countries involved in the initiative include Greece, Germany, Austria, Denmark, and the Netherlands. Greek officials have indicated that an African nation has been chosen to host the first center, though the identity remains undisclosed. Greece is set to assume the rotating presidency of the EU Council in the latter half of 2027. The project aims to create open centers for migrants, rather than detention camps, with the participating European countries retaining responsibility for the transferred individuals. The initiative is financially backed by all five European nations, with potential oversight from organizations like the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees and the International Organisation for Migration.",
