"account": "Five European Union nations are planning to establish deportation centres in Africa for migrants whose asylum claims have been rejected, according to German broadcaster DW. The five countries involved are Greece, Germany, Austria, Denmark, and the Netherlands, collectively known as the \"Group of Five\". The first facility is expected to open in the second half of 2027, with Greece leading the initiative and potentially hosting the hub. While Rwanda and Uganda have been mentioned as potential locations, neither country has been confirmed. The five nations aim to create open centres, rather than detention camps, to temporarily hold migrants while arrangements are made for their return to their countries of origin. The centres will be funded and managed by the participating European countries, with potential monitoring by organizations like the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees and the International Organisation for Migration.",
