"account": "President Isaac Herzog announced on Thursday that he will recommend four Israelis for the President's Medal for Civilian Heroism. The recipients - Yaniv Hayoun, Dr. Shota Musayev, Tzvika Mans and Asaf Rejwan - took action to prevent a disaster on flydubai flight FZ1073 from Dubai to Israel. After an altercation on board, the passengers and crew worked together to regain control of the plane. Tali Mans alerted others to the threat, after which Hayoun, Mans and Rejwan rushed to the cockpit and subdued the attacker. Musayev provided emergency medical treatment to the injured pilot and helped stabilize his condition until the plane landed in Saudi Arabia. Herzog praised the recipients for their actions, stating that they risked their own lives to save others and prevented a major disaster. He extended his gratitude to all involved, including the Indian pilot Capt. Smit Machchhar, who managed to unlock the cockpit despite being stabbed. The President's Medal for Civilian Heroism is Israel's highest civilian valor honor, established by Herzog during the war to recognize civilians who put their lives at risk to save others.",
