"account": "Rob Gronkowski has made a bold prediction about Travis Kelce potentially surpassing his career touchdown record. Kelce, currently 13 touchdowns away from overtaking Gronkowski, has started the 2026 season strongly with 14 receptions for 231 yards and two touchdowns in just three games. The Kansas City Chiefs tight end already holds the franchise record for total touchdowns, and his recent scoring run has reignited the question of whether he can break the record in 2026. Speaking on Up and Adams, Gronkowski acknowledged the possibility, stating, \"Yes, he's 13 away. It's a possibility that he could pull it off this year.\" He also praised Kelce's return from a difficult 2025 season, noting that his current performance is a testament to his dedication and improved form. With Kelce having 87 total regular-season touchdowns and Gronkowski at 92 through his career, the latter still leads by 10 touchdowns. If Kelce continues his strong form, he could very well achieve this accomplishment this season, or at least have the opportunity to do so in the future.",
