"account": "The Teskey Brothers, a highly acclaimed folk-rock group, have been confirmed to headline Global Citizen Nights: Perth on October 20th at Perth Convention & Exhibition Centre's Riverside Theatre. This marks the first time the organization has returned to Perth in 15 years. The Teskey Brothers, ARIA Award winners, join South Summit and Ruby Rodgers in performing at the event. The concert serves as the finale to the Global Citizen NOW: Perth action summit, a gathering of leaders from various sectors discussing Perth's potential as a renewable energy leader. South Summit and Ruby Rodgers will perform alongside The Teskey Brothers. The summit will also feature notable attendees such as retired Australian swimmer Ian Thorpe, OECD Secretary-General Mathias Cormann, and WA-based musician and activist John Butler, who will deliver a keynote address. Michael Sheldrick, co-founder and chief policy, impact and government affairs officer at Global Citizen, expressed excitement for the event, stating that it will be an unforgettable night of Australian music. Global Citizen Nights: Perth is set to showcase Western Australia's potential as a renewable energy powerhouse and how it can contribute to providing reliable, affordable electricity to neighboring regions in the Indo-Pacific.",
