"account": "At 12:15 pm, Inamul Hasan finishes teaching Urdu at a government school in Sarai Kale Khan and becomes a booth-level officer (BLO) for Delhi’s Special Intensive Revision (SIR). He carries a bag of electoral notices to locate residents eligible for the final voter list, due on December 4. Inamul is assigned to locate House 76 in the narrow lanes of Sarai Kale Khan. Despite repeated calls to Shubham Basishta, he cannot find the house, as residents claim it does not exist. A resident suggests checking the samosa shop, where Inamul finds Shubham's cousin. After filling out acknowledgement forms, Inamul distributes five notices and conducts two hearings, totaling 137 notices and 100 hearings for the 519 electors assigned to him. Despite his long day, Inamul has yet to serve notices to 30 more people.",
