"account": "US Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth has defended the Pentagon's controversial restructuring and announced further changes. He confirmed plans to cut one-fifth of positions for admirals and generals and unveiled a new project on the \"future of warfare\" to be led by Elon Musk. The project aims to identify areas the US military needs to dominate and capabilities it needs to master, with results expected within 120 days. Hegseth also announced the creation of a new four-star command to expand autonomous and robotic capabilities and an initiative to ensure major military bases can generate their own power. Additionally, he invited US governors to bid for a new military base to be built in the country.",
