"summary": "The Institute for Documentation and Exchange (INDEX) Ukraine has launched a new fellowship program specifically for active members of the Defence Forces, aiming to support cultural projects that document the Russo-Ukrainian war. The programme acknowledges the unique experiences and perspectives that servicemembers bring to the table, which are often not captured by civilian journalists and correspondents. By providing a platform, financial support, and professional guidance, INDEX Ukraine hopes to bridge the gap between military and civilian communities and give voice to the often-overlooked cultural and social aspects of war. The fellowship program is designed to empower active servicemembers to continue their creative and intellectual pursuits within the military environment, while also fostering a new cultural and social force within the military.",
