"account": "Rui Pinto, the creator of the Football Leaks website, has called for FIFA president Gianni Infantino to have no role in the future of football, following the Premier League's investigation into Manchester City. The Portuguese hacker claims that Infantino intervened to help City and Paris St-Germain avoid financial fair play sanctions from UEFA. Pinto released documents that led to the Premier League's inquiry into the club's financial practices over a nine-year period, which led to the Premier League's sanctions. Despite denying any wrongdoing, Manchester City and PSG continue to face scrutiny. Pinto alleges that Infantino abused his authority by sharing confidential documents and helping the clubs avoid a deeper investigation that could have resulted in a Champions League ban. UEFA defended its president, stating that it is within the general secretary's role to assist in such matters. Infantino, who is up for re-election in March 2027, faces mounting pressure following his plans to sell shares in the World Cup. Swiss football's association has already withdrawn its support for Infantino, citing concerns over his governance and leadership.",
