"summary": "A24 had announced it was working on a film based on the SCP Foundation, a large internet-based horror and sci-fi universe. However, the announcement upset the SCP Wiki team, as A24 had not contacted them and had not committed to releasing the film under a Creative Commons license.\n\nNeon has now announced that it is making its own SCP movie. Unlike A24, Neon reached out to the SCP Foundation Wiki team and has pledged to release the film under the Creative Commons ShareAlike (CC BY-SA) license. According to The Verge, this film is not an official SCP film and none of the wiki's staff is involved in the writing or production.\n\nThe SCP Foundation is a large fan-built universe that has gained a significant following online. A24's initial announcement had sparked controversy, with Deadline reporting that it had \"ruffled feathers\" within hours of being made.",
